We provide stunningly designed private offices and flexible workspaces, with full in-house Production and Event capabilities. Our overall strategy is focused on developing a hospitality-driven and member-centric workspace designed to House Your Creativity™️.
As a growing creative studio dedicated to cultivating emerging creatives, entrepreneurs, and business owners, Ampersand Studios currently operates in Miami and Nashville, and is working towards increasing its footprint and impact in the coming years.
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for Member and guest experiences throughout our space. Each interaction is unique and prioritizes a positive and enjoyable experience in our space.
Responsibilities
· Greet guests and drop-ins to the space, providing tours and general Membership information
· Support Membership sales and see their execution utilizing CRM system to connect and qualify incoming leads, and follow up with proposals
· Building the Member base while ensuring strong customer relationship management
· Fostering a friendly and collaborative environment to facilitate high Member satisfaction
· Nurturing a strong community through Member Programming and business support initiatives
· Ensuring all systems and processes are maintained in the running of the building and key facilities
· Maintaining ongoing communication with operation and maintenance teams to ensure that processes are running smoothly
· Be the point of contact for your community members and solving all member-related issues and new member interests

· Ability to work independently based on targets and goals, and raise any concerns in a timely matter
· Self-starter, quick learner, and accountable
· Interest in entrepreneurship and business development for a dynamic company

Requirements
· BS/BA degree or equivalent
· Hospitality experience is required
· 2 years’ experience in B2B or B2C sales
· CRM Experience
Salary
Base Salary Range: $60,000 annually
