Your sales success will be instrumental in achieving Ampersand’s financial goals and expanding its market presence.   HOW YOU’LL BE CONTRIBUTING: Meet and exceed revenue goals through the expansion and development of business at assigned list of clients. Educate and sell new clients on the value of Ampersand’s entire media portfolio across media buying teams. Identify growth opportunities and/or new products, and advocate for Ampersand’s innovative products based on marketplace trends and client feedback. Drive business outcomes by consistently delivering against strategic goals and prioritize initiatives that enhance the overall client experience. Ensure successful adoption of Ampersand’s products across agency-managed accounts and foster relationships with agency influencers and decision-makers. Stay informed about competitors, expansion opportunities, and industry developments. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience, performance and geographical location.   The range listed is just one component of Ampersand’s total rewards package for employees.
