ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is responsible for providing Controlling, Analysis, and Administrative Support for all site operational activities.


LOCATION

St Marys, Pennsylvania


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting cycles
  • Ensure all deadlines and required submissions are met
  • Prepare site and business line analysis, bridges, and commentary as required (i.e. Day1, Day3, Day5)
  • Support closing and reporting process improvements by streamlining, standardization, automation, and harmonization across and within area of responsibility
  • Support preparation of site strategy, budget and forecasts
  • Support site management with operational requirements – Capital Appropriations, Operations Reviews, Ad Hoc analysis, special projects
  • Ensure compliance with the Company Finance Manual, Policies and Procedures
  • Review of Statutory filings as required
  • Conduct the Hard-Close process as well as internal and external audits, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Training and education of management and others regarding procedures and reports as needed
  • Other related duties as assigned
  • Travel as necessary


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 year Degree in finance or accounting
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting/financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally.
  • Proficient use of financial systems/analysis tools and Microsoft office.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop appropriate action plans
  • Deliver timely results and lead projects/assignments.
  • Master’s degree or CPA preferred
  • 1 to 3 years supervisory experience preferred
