Due to our continuing growth, Amphenol Alden has a need for talented individuals to strengthen our team. We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist at our Brockton, MA location which will be soon relocating to Stoughton, MA.
Job Summary: Responsible for accounts payable processing and payments as well as recording accounts receivable receipts and follow-up on accounts receivable issues.
Functions:
- Process A/P invoices, matching receipts, ensuring proper approvals are received.
- Process A/P payments.
- Apply A/R receipts in the IFS business system.
Skills/Qualifications Needed:
- Knowledge of computer information systems used in financial and/or accounting applications.
- Organization and coordination skills.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Previous experience in processing accounts payable.
- Minimum 1- 3 years related experience.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles. `
- Experience working for a manufacturer.
- 2- year college degree or some college courses is a plus.
