As an Assembler Line Lead at Amphenol Industrial Operations (AIO), you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of production assemblers to ensure that products are manufactured according to quality standards and production schedules. The Assembly Line Lead will play a key role in leading a team, maintaining workflow, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead a team of production assemblers, provide guidance, training and support
- Prepare and allocate components and materials for assembly, ensuring availability
- Perform assembly operations as needed and assist with tasks
- Monitor and ensure the quality of assembled products and components
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Report production status, issues, and recommendations to management
