Lead Assembler

Duties/Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of production assemblers, provide guidance, training and support Prepare and allocate components and materials for assembly, ensuring availability Perform assembly operations as needed and assist with tasks Monitor and ensure the quality of assembled products and components Maintain accurate production documentation Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow Report production status, issues, and recommendations to management Qualifications – Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment 1 year in a leadership role preferred Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to read instructions, blueprints and diagrams Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets Basic math skills for measuring, counting and performing simple calculations Knowledge/Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules Ability to read and write in English Physical/Environmental Requirements: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Salary : $48,000 - $50,000
