Duties
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly after use.
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all service items are clean and ready for use.
- Follow food handling guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with culinary practices, food preparation techniques, and banquet service is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
