We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of apartment units and common areas to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct inspections of apartments and common areas to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and property management in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, doors, windows, and other household items.
- Paint and perform drywall repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areas and workspaces.
- Assist with unit turnovers, including cleaning, repairs, and installations between tenants.
- Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary.
- Maintain records of maintenance work performed and report any major issues to the Property Manager.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
