Henningsen Property Maintenance
HPM is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Labor and or Lead to oversee and execute landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on work in all aspects of landscaping, from maintenance to construction, while leading a small team of crew members to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Landscape Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution:
- Perform and oversee landscape installations, maintenance, and enhancements, including mowing, planting, pruning, mulching, hardscaping, and chemical applications.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet HPM’s quality standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor crew members, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure proper execution.
- Equipment & Safety:
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as skid steers, mini-excavators, zero-turn mowers, and hand tools.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for the team.
- Customer Interaction:
- Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, addressing questions or concerns professionally and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Communicate updates and project progress to management and clients as needed.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to project specifications and company standards.
- Address any deficiencies promptly and effectively.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of hours worked, materials used, and project progress using HPM’s CRM tools like LMN.
- Report any equipment or project issues to management promptly.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in landscaping or a related field
- With prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and follow directions
- Effective communication and team management skills.
- Basic proficiency in technology tools like CRM systems (LMN experience is a plus).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working on uneven terrain and operating heavy machinery.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

· Trailer and equipment preferred, will train

Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Thursday , with occasional Fridays/weekends as needed during peak seasons.
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Thursday
- Overtime as needed
