Job Summary:
The HR Generalist – Onboarding and Recruitment Compliance will be responsible for new employee onboarding, recruitment compliance, and process improvement. This role will partner with talent acquisition team members to accomplish effective execution of the recruiting process including interview scheduling, employee onboarding, and process compliance. Responsibilities will also include support for process documentation across all HR programs.

The salary range for this position is $54,000 - $85,000, depending on relevant experience, education, and qualifications. We also offer semi-annual profit-sharing bonuses based on company profits to share in the mutual success! In the past, these have ranges between 3.5% - 11.5% of annual salary.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor Degree and minimum 6 years of combined talent acquisition, HR compliance or other related HR experience is required OR in lieu of degree minimum 6 years of combined talent acquisition, HR compliance or other related HR experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to engage in critical thinking by using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Strong verbal and written skills needed for communication that is appropriate and effective for the needs of the audience.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience/working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) including UKGPro, applicant tracking, or similar systems, preferred.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and ability to work independently with strict timelines.
- Preferred: SHRM-C.P. or APHR
- Preferred: CPP
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs), offer letter templates, onboarding and recruiting message templates, and other related process documents and guides in partnership with talent acquisition team
- Develop and implement requisition audit process
- Process background and medical screening requests including review of results
- Coordinate onboarding of new hires
- Prepare and send new hire paperwork
- Provide process documentation and process improvement support for the HR department
- Draft and send offer letters
- Compile documentation required for requisition files in accordance to EEOC guidelines
- Support school events to help source for the co-op, internship and professionals openings on an as needed basis.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring manager, candidates, and local HR teams
