Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Manage and execute marketing projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Client Collaboration : Work with key accounts to ensure public relations campaigns are aligned with customer promotions and business objectives.
- Event Coordination : Organize in-store service events, overseeing all logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Customer Relationship Building : Maintain strong relationships with customers and communicate effectively about promotional services and offerings.
- Campaign Measurement : Assist the Marketing Manager in refining PR campaign measurement strategies to track performance and optimize results.
- Promotional Material Creation : Develop promotional marketing materials and manage visual merchandising to increase client visibility.
- Supplier and Retail Coordination : Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of event traffic, production, and inventory to ensure proper tracking.
