Key Responsibilities:
Support Communication Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to align communication strategies with company objectives and goals.
Community Engagement: Organize and attend community events, acting as the spokesperson for the company to foster engagement and strengthen relationships with the community.
Promote Services: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and media outlets, ensuring company services are effectively communicated.
Public Relations Campaigns: Assist in the creation and execution of PR campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility and public awareness.
Media Relations: Assist in drafting press releases, media kits, and other communications materials to support PR efforts.
Monitor and Analyze Trends: Collaborate with the team to track media coverage, public sentiment, and other PR metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Internal Communications: Assist in ensuring clear communication within the organization and help maintain a positive internal culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A passion for public relations and community engagement.
Experience in social media management, writing, or media relations is a plus but not required.
