Amplified Marketing is a boutique, award winning experiential agency that builds brand experiences through lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, beauty, sports and hospitality programs. We are currently seeking an Associate, Client Services to join the growing team.


He / she / they is an integral part of the Amplified team and its clients and works to bring a fresh and innovative perspective to our client roster. He / she / they have strong management, interpersonal, and organizational skills and has agency, or client related account / project management know-how. The role will work cross functionally across 2 – 3 clients at Amplified, including our alcohol beverage and lifestyle clients.


YOUR PROFILE


  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project coordination and client management skills
  • Proactive problem solver with a passion for experiential marketing and brand engagement
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Passionate about luxury CPG brands in the alcohol, fashion, and beauty industries
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of taking initiative while working independently and with a team


CLIENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT | Ensure Seamless Execution (50%)


  • Maintain day-to-day client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and project execution
  • Oversee project coordination, tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and enforcing deadlines
  • Create and maintain key project documentation, including status reports, client presentations, budgets, and recaps
  • Lead the internal organization of event/project and client assets on the server, ensuring accessibility and proper distribution
  • Prepare meeting materials and circulate detailed notes for all status and project-related meetings
  • Support the execution of partnerships, ensuring seamless inclusion of marketing collateral, onsite activations, and sponsorship fulfillment


STRATEGY & PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT | Build & Strengthen Relationships (30%)


  • Conduct research to identify potential partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations
  • Assist in securing event partnerships, including festivals, lifestyle collaborations, and sponsorships
  • Contribute to the ideation and conceptualization of strategy development, consumer journey mapping, and experiential builds
  • Support the fulfillment of partnerships, ensuring accurate execution of client activation requirements
  • Represent the agency on client calls, integrated team meetings, and status briefings


ONSITE SUPPORT & INTERNAL COLLABORATION | Strengthen Execution & Team Efficiency (20%)


  • Support the Experiential team during event implementation and onsite activations
  • Assist in logistical coordination, including vendor communication, staffing, and setup needs
  • Maintain strong collaboration between Client Services, Experiential, and Creative teams
  • Track and manage internal workflows using program management tools to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide ad-hoc support as needed to facilitate seamless project execution


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree required with a preference of one year agency experience, preferably in account / project management or experiential marketing and events
  • Is a proactive, thoughtful and strategic planner and thinker
  • Familiarity and passion for luxury CPG brands in the alcohol, fashion, and beauty industries
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, proactive, able to work well alone and with a team
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint


Up to 15% travel required for onsite event management. Subject to change based off of new business and event schedule.


The Amplified team is a hybrid in-office / remote team and requires team members are in-office 3-days per week.


Compensation package includes competitive base, annual bonus eligibility, healthcare contribution and cell phone stipend. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience with a base salary range of $60,000 - $66,000 / year. Featured benefits include employer contribution to medical, vision, dental and life insurance package, 401k (with company match), paid maternity leave, paid paternity leave, generous PTO, 14 holidays, winter holiday closure and Summer Fridays.

Salary : $60,000 - $66,000
