Miracle-Ear is looking for a skilled and dynamic Franchise Business Manager to lead and enhance our franchise business operations. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of competencies, characteristics, and skills that enable them to excel in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. As a Franchise Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing innovative strategies, making quick decisions, collaborating with diverse teams, and driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive monthly business operation reviews, both in-person and virtually, by analyzing key data and industry trends to drive performance improvements. A critical function of this role is to influence behaviors based on the business's financial performance. Therefore, the ability to analyze and communicate the cause-and-effect relationships within the financial data, as well as recommend actionable steps, is essential for success.
- Collaborate with franchise owners to support business planning, focusing on the development of robust sales, marketing, and retail excellence strategies, while defining key performance indicators to track success.
- Serve as a strategic business consultant, identifying short, medium and long-term growth opportunities and crafting actionable insights that align with financial goals.
- Champion retail excellence by sharing best practices across franchise partners, fostering collaboration among Marketing, Retail Excellence, Training, Recruiting, and Finance teams to enhance overall performance.
