Amplifon Americas , parent company to Miracle-Ear and Amplifon Hearing Healthcare, a global leader in hearing health care, has a strong demand for an authentic, creative, diverse and versatile candidate for our Senior Procurement Specialist role. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.
The Senior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for the governance of the operational performance of the Indirect Suppliers driving continuous improvement of their performances across all the business units of the organization.
The ideal candidate is located in either Minneapolis-Saint Paul Area in MN or Waco,TX routinely working in the respective office location.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the end-to-end sourcing process by developing purchasing plans, launching and managing sourcing events, selecting preferred and qualified vendors as well as negotiating and executing new or existing supplier contracts
- Drive cost saving initiatives by working cross functionally with internal business teams to find and execute upon opportunities
- Continuous monitoring of supplier performances versus contractual provisions and business expectations, identifying areas of opportunity and driving actions and solutions
- Ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders, as well as quarterly business reviews with vendors and suppliers to assess performance
