We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Relations Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the Employee Relations function by facilitating positive employee interactions, assisting with policy development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. You will play a crucial part in fostering a productive and respectful work environment that aligns with Amplify's values and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations Support
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in conducting investigations into employee issues, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate actions.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure accurate documentation of all employee relations matters.
- Help develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current regulations and best practices.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect and analyze data related to employee relations metrics, such as turnover rates, exit interview feedback, and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Stay informed about federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure company compliance.
- Assist in communicating policy changes and updates to employees and management.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops on topics such as workplace conduct, anti-discrimination, and company policies.
Communication and Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR team members to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Support initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, aligning with the company's commitment to an inclusive workplace.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues.
