We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Manager – Employee Relations and DEI to join our team. This critical role will drive initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. The HR Manager – Employee Relations and DEI will serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws, while spearheading programs that embed DEI principles into every facet of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance to management and employees on workplace concerns, performance issues, and HR policies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns and recommend resolution strategies that align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Advise and train managers on best practices for handling employee grievances, fostering a culture of accountability and respect.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee morale, productivity, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations, providing updates and recommendations for policy enhancements as needed.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
- Develop and execute comprehensive DEI strategies, aligning initiatives with Amplify’s values and business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and other departments to integrate DEI principles into hiring, training, career development, and organizational culture.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance cultural competence and awareness of DEI issues across the workforce.
- Establish and monitor DEI metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, using data to drive improvements and communicate progress.
- Act as a liaison with external organizations and communities to support Amplify’s DEI efforts and partnerships.
- Promote and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to amplify diverse voices within the organization.
Strategic Leadership and Collaboration
- Partner with senior leadership to align employee relations and DEI initiatives with broader business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments, ensuring Amplify remains at the forefront of employee relations and DEI best practices.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, policy development, and organizational change management.
