What You Will Spark at Amplify:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving the battery cell industrialization program, including the launch of a new manufacturing facility in Byhalia, Mississippi. As a senior leader, you will manage program scope, schedule, budget, and quality by coordinating across cross-functional teams and working closely with various stakeholders. Your high degree of expertise will ensure that our projects meet high standards for quality, remain within budget, and are completed on schedule, ultimately supporting Amplify’s strategic goals for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Ownership and Cross- Functional Coordination:
• Lead the development and management of program plans, including scope, schedule, change management, budget, risk, and mitigation strategies.
• Lead ongoing program planning activities, including dedicated workshops, to expose program dependencies and build detailed program schedule
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, IT, R&D, Construction, and Facilities.
• Track program progress across all functional lanes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Stakeholder and Partner Management:
• Communicate regularly with program stakeholders, providing updates on progress and soliciting input.
• Manage relationships with JV partners to align on program delivery expectations and ensure
successful execution. ?
• Lead milestone review processes with management, supporting and overseeing functional
lanes reviews.
Risk and Dependency Management:
• Assess and address program risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage and escalate program issues as necessary, keeping stakeholders informed of potential impacts.
Requirements Alignment and Process Improvement:
• Define requirements for functional teams, ensuring alignment with program priorities and objectives.
• Lead and support continuous improvement by refining processes and implementing best practices across program areas.
