About the role :

REMOTE outside of CA, CO, IL, MA, NY and must be located in the United States

We are seeking a Senior Developer with a strong background in Python, advanced JavaScript expertise, and experience with modern web technologies and integrations. This role will play a pivotal part in building, maintaining, and optimizing our web-based solutions, mentoring junior developers, and driving innovation through integrations and tracking technologies.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement advanced JavaScript solutions to build event listeners, manage cookies and sessions, and integrate our proprietary systems into custom websites
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python for application development, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
• Set up, manage, and optimize Zapier integrations end-to-end, including webhooks, Sub-Zaps, and custom code to streamline workflows.
• Work with web page builders such as WordPress, ClickFunnels, Go High Level, and Funnelify to implement our proprietary solution..
• Integrate and optimize CRM platforms like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and Close.io for effective customer relationship management.
• Implement tracking technologies by leveraging cookie-based tracking and session storage solutions to optimize data capture.
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to create, deploy, and manage cloud functions and applications.
• Leverage Google Datastore and BigQuery for data storage and analytics, while building insightful data visualizations in Looker .
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure system performance and reliability.

Requirements :

• Advanced JavaScript Skills : Experience building sophisticated web-based applications using JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Python : Strong understanding of Python for development, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Zapier Expertise : Proven ability to set up and optimize integrations, including advanced workflows with webhooks and custom scripts.
• Familiarity with Web Page Builders : Hands-on experience with platforms like WordPress, ClickFunnels, Go High Level, and Funnelify.
• CRM Systems Proficiency : Strong knowledge of major CRM tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and Close.io.
• Understanding of Tracking Technologies : Experience working with cookie-based tracking, session storage, and analytics implementation.
• GCP Experience : Hands-on experience creating and deploying Google Cloud functions, working with Datastore, BigQuery, and building visualizations in Looker.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary : $195,000-$220,000
