Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of speakers, TVs, control systems, and network components
- Run and organize low-voltage cabling for AV systems
- Help set up and mount equipment like racks, screens, and smart devices
- Support senior technicians on job sites with hands-on tasks
- Learn and apply AV programming and troubleshooting techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and professional presence
- Participate in ongoing training to grow your technical skill set
- High school diploma or GED
- No previous AV experience required
- Passion for technology and a desire to build a career in AV integration
- Technical aptitude—can you wire up a sound system or build a PC? That helps!
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
