We have several needs to be fulfilled. These needs may be met by one individual or by separate individuals dedicated to specific areas of support.
Office Administrative Support (May be performed virtually within Pacific Time Zone)
Effective verbal and written communication expressed with service mindset with internal and external stakeholders
Calendaring, maintain daily and travel calendars
Track project timelines and deliverables
Preparation of workshop and event materials
Preparation of project information needed for hand-off to billing/bookkeeping
Interface with IT for support/maintenance when necessary (While infrequent, requires proximity to Pasadena, CA)
Create and maintain organization of on-going procedures, systems and environment Maintain and anticipate supplies necessary for smooth functioning
Communication Support
Supplemental writing including co-creation, editing, and proofing of documents, proposals and presentation materials
On-going interaction including planning and updating with founder and clients where needed
Have a strong aesthetic to maintain brand consistency and visual optimization
Technical Support
Full scope of Microsoft Suite
Zoom – ability to help run live sessions, including managing breakout groups and presentation slides (ideal)
Canva And Other Graphic Skills a Bonus
QuickBooks familiarity a bonus
KEY QUALITIES
The above are key support areas needed to assist us in serving our Fortune 1000 and B-Corp clients.
Some tasks noted require minimal and/or flexible hours, some require a greater time commitment and frequency.
