Company Intro: Join a dynamic team, our client is a leading provider of commercial high-purity water systems and services. They are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sr. Business Development Manager to play a key role their continued growth.


Who You Are: You're a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong technical aptitude. Building relationships is your strength, and you're a master at understanding customer needs and crafting winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Close new deals and meet annual sales targets.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Appointments: Collaborate with internal and external teams to generate leads and set sales appointments, achieving weekly and quarterly targets.
  • Business Development: Prospect through networking, events, and referrals, using CRM tools to track progress.
  • Sales & Marketing Processes: Ensure efficient sales processes, follow-ups, and use of sales playbooks.
  • Team Leadership: Set goals, hold the team accountable, and track performance with weekly meetings and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success in sales and business networking, preferably with experience in MSP or non-profit sectors (churches, B-Corps).
  • Strong proficiency in CRMs and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pardot).
  • Leadership experience managing a small sales and marketing team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Would be great if you've supervised sales function or employees previously, but not required.

Salary: up to $100K - plus incentives to $150K per year with potential to earn more.
