Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize potential clients within target industries and market segments.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges, goals, and technology requirements.
- Customize sales presentations and proposals to show how our services can meet client needs and add value.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines using CRM tools.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the IT sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the North East area is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage leads and sales activities independently.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social platforms for lead generation.
- Commitment to daily outreach activities, including calls and emails to business owners.
- Familiarity with the MSP business model, including recurring revenue streams and service-level agreements (SLAs), is a plus.
- Experience with consultative and solution-based selling techniques is preferred.
