Seeking a Sales Manager opportunity for our client, who is a leading Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) in the Houston area!
In this player coach leadership role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Build and lead a team of sales representatives (starting with one direct hire and expanding to three reps by mid-2025).
- Drive sales while maintaining a smaller personal quota (~1/3 of a full rep’s).
- Collaborate with SMB clients (CFOs and Controllers) to deliver high-value IT solutions for the Texas market.
- Shape strategy by providing insights and quick feedback to leadership to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
We’re seeking someone with:
- 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally with a focus on SMBs.
- Proven ability to sell and a desire to mentor, transitioning seamlessly between individual contributions and team leadership.
- A desire to build a team and drive growth aligned with the company’s principles of transparency and progress.
This role offers a guaranteed base salary and first year OTE of $165-170K (uncapped), along with benefits including 401k, health, dental, and 3% profit sharing.
