We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive growth and expansion in our commercial and residential divisions.

This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, assessing market conditions, cultivating relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various marketing platforms and channels.
- Position ProTech's offerings as comprehensive security solutions designed to mitigate specific risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of clients across commercial, residential, and governmental sectors.
- Assess the unique security needs of clients and customize solutions accordingly.
- Conduct security assessments and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor and manage sales activities and opportunities using our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Hunter mentality with a strong willingness to prospect.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to pass a drug and background check.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the security industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with HubSpot for CRM management.
