Position Overview

Join Amplytics as a Program Management Specialist, where you will have the opportunity to lead and guide intricate, cross-functional programs for our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Execution

  • Create and execute program roadmaps that ensure deliverables align with Amplytics' and client business goals.
  • Manage interconnected projects within a program to ensure smooth execution across different teams.
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs to guarantee timely delivery and budget adherence.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client program stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between client teams and internal Amplytics teams.
  • Deliver regular program updates, comprehensive reports, and actionable insights to client leadership.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize data tools such as Power BI and DAX to generate dashboards and reports that track program progress and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Offer data-driven insights to optimize the performance of programs.

Risk & Process Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and processes that ensure the consistent success of programs.
  • Promote continuous improvement through Lean visual management techniques.

Industry-Specific Expertise

  • Leverage insights and best practices from the utilities and energy sectors to boost program outcomes.
  • Contribute to Amplytics' growth by identifying opportunities to expand service offerings in the utilities domain.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience

  • 3-7 years of experience in program management or consulting, ideally in the utilities or analytics field.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs.

Certifications: PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in analytics tools including Power BI, DAX, or Tableau.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software like Microsoft Project or JIRA.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional skills in communication and fostering relationships.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
