Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Developer to join our engineering team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in web development to work on cutting-edge marketing technology solutions while learning from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and maintain web applications
• Assist in building and improving through A/B testing
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Help troubleshoot and debug issues
• Support the development of API integrations
• Contribute to documentation and technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Able to commute daily to the office in Pleasant Grove, UT
• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science not required)
• Basic understanding of web development fundamentals
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with modern web technologies and frameworks:
• React.js
• Next.js
• TypeScript
• Python
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs
• Version control systems (Git)
• Experience with responsive design
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards

Job Type

• Full-time in office, 40 hours/week
• Monday to Friday
• Core office hours 9am-5pm MT
