Position-: Senior Product Owner
Location-: Pittsburgh, PA Onsite

Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and technical teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Develop and maintain a detailed backlog of product features and enhancements.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication of product requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes and prototypes that meet user needs.
• Ensure that product features are developed according to specifications and delivered on time.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the product meets quality standards.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve product offerings.
• Present product updates and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
• Good to have merchant services/payment domain experience
Requirements:
You are:
• 10 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Management in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
• Experience in digital banking or fintech solutions.
• Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
