**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line support to our visitors, employees, and customers. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills who can effectively manage our office operations and maintain a welcoming environment. A valid Drivers License is required.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and handling incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain accurate records, including filing documents, updating databases, and performing general administrative tasks.
- Utilize computer systems to perform various administrative functions, including calendar management and data entry.
- Provide personal assistant services to management and staff, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Utilize phone systems to communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Performs work related errands and occasionally supervisors' personal errands.
- Demonstrating fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and staff is a plus.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the office.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is required (construction experience is a plus).
- Strong computer literacy and experience with office software is necessary.
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and experience in a clerical role is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
