Program Director

• Responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing management of the limb preservation center operations, in conjunction with Company standards, protocols, guidelines, policies and procedures for program operations.
• Responsible for working with appropriate Company personnel to ensure adequate space, equipment, supplies, and services for the limb preservation center.
• Accesses and analyzes existing data including patient satisfaction, develops monthly operation reports, make recommendations and take action as appropriate to insure compliance and success of program.
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with community clinicians and developing opportunities for program expansion.
• Complies with established safety practices.

Knowledge:

D. Previous health care management experience in a program operations setting including some background in sales/marketing preferred.

A. Bachelor's degree in related field or at least 5 years experience in a wound care ambulatory setting in a supervisory position

C. Working knowledge of CA regulatory agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
