Program Director

We are looking for a Program Director for the Craycroft location. Under supervision of the Chief Compliance and Operations Officer, the PD will be responsible for the operation and coordination of assigned program(s). 

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

❑ Bachelors or master’s degree, plus three (3) years behavioral health work experience, including at least two (2) years as a Team Leader and/or Program Coordinator at COPE.

❑ Associate degree plus five (5) years behavioral health work experience, including at least two (2) years as a Team Leader and/or Program Coordinator at COPE.

❑ High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification from an AHCCCS approved training program plus six (6) years of behavioral health work experience, including at least two (2) years as a Team Leader and/or Program Coordinator at COPE.

❑ High School Diploma or GED plus Medical Assistant certification program plus six (6) years of behavioral health work experience, including at least two (2) years as a Team Leader and/or Program Coordinator at COPE.

❑ High School Diploma or GED plus seven (7) years of behavioral health work experience, including at least two (2) years as a Team Leader and/or Program Coordinator at COPE.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

❑ Licensed as a BHP (Behavioral Health Professional) and four (4) years behavioral health work experience, including at least 2 years in a Team Leader or Program Coordinator position at COPE.
