Amramp is a hybrid model with a typical week of 2 Core Days in the Randolph office and 3 days remote.
We need someone who is equally skilled with technology and people, who understands sales and operations, who will proactively work with our national team of managers to identify workflow processes that can be automated or simplified and will design & execute thoughtful solutions with our CRM. Job Description:
With the essentials deployed in production in 2024, we are actively developing Sales Cloud and Account Engagement/Pardot for greater efficiencies.
Our customers are typically living through a traumatic time when they call us, and our local teams do an incredible job of making them feel safe & cared for. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in creating processes to simplify the operational and administrative aspects of their job, enabling them to continually enhance & elevate the customer experience. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will work closely with over 50 franchisees to continue improving our Salesforce org to drive adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
· Innovation – Seek out areas of friction anywhere in the customer-care cycle and develop new and creative ways to leverage Salesforce for improvements.
· Development – Use all available tools to simplify the user interface, minimize data entry, automate processes appropriately, and generally take full advantage of the Salesforce platform.
· Training/Onboarding – Be a friendly and welcoming resource for over 100 Salesforce users. Actively seek out users who need support in their learning journey. Create training documents, instructional videos, and other resources for self-guided learning.
· Data Analytics – Identify KPIs that are the most beneficial to users, build reports and dashboards to surface those metrics and integrate data with their daily management routine.
· Troubleshooting – Quickly respond to and resolve support requests. We have a blend of experience levels but most are still novices, so many issues that present as troubleshooting often become training issues. Use your patience and empathy to help confused and frustrated users learn and avoid future errors. Document FAQs for easy reference.
· Data Management - Oversee data integrity and ensure data quality through regular audits, data cleanup, and duplicate record management.
· Admin – Manage & maintain the Salesforce org, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, security settings, sharing rules, etc, and keep up to date with Salesforce platform updates.

· Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
· 5-7 years of full-time, professional experience as a Certified Salesforce System Administrator.
· Experience in sales or business operations management is extremely valuable.
· Strong proficiency in designing, testing, and troubleshooting Flows. Experience developing with APEX is a plus.
· Proficiency in data management and relational databases. Experience with DataLoader.
· Proficient in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
· Experience with lead attribution tools and analyzing data to support marketing campaigns. Experience with Account Engagement/Pardot is desired.
· Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party applications.
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to both internal and external teams, especially non-technical users.
· Uncompromising attention to detail.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment of non-stop improvement.
· Experience working in a franchise network is a plus but not required.
