Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to help manage

daily operations across platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, and Overstock. In this role,

you’ll handle product listings, coordinate inventory replenishment, set up promotions,

and assist with key transitions between platforms. You will also collaborate with the E-

Commerce Manager on sales strategies and ensure seamless execution of weekly and

monthly tasks to support business growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Ecommerce Coordinator role located in Corona, CA. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer service, analyzing sales data, implementing e-commerce strategies, and communicating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across multiple marketplaces.
  • Manage FBA shipments, troubleshoot logistics issues, and coordinate inventory

replenishment.

  • Set up platform-specific promotions and update storefronts for sales events.
  • Process shipments for influencer campaigns.
  • Assist with transitioning products from Vendor Central to Seller Central.
  • Handle customer service tasks, including order replacements and resolving
  • issues.

  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager on weekly and monthly performance
  • strategies.

    Qualifications

  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other major platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
