Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator at Amrapur Overseas Inc. located in Corona, California. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing analytical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining effective communication, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing and fulfillment
- Coordinate the movement of products and materials from suppliers to customers.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in SAP business one
