The Associate Commercial Title Coordinator is responsible for communicating with various teams to relay information or status pertaining to commercial title insurance transactions. This team member proofs commercial commitments to ensure accuracy and quality along with hyperlinking of all referenced documents.
About the Role
- Utilize company software to split and save document packages into separate attachments
- Route any issues found to examiners, typists, closers, partners or leadership for resolution
- Communicate with various teams to relay information or status
- Deliver commercial commitments in a timely manner to clients via email
- Track and communicate priority orders to ensure completion
- Complete tasks assigned by dashboard and shared inbox
- Follow up on outstanding issues
