What You’ll Do
1. Close Inbound Leads – Engage with inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
2. Follow Up & Sell – Consistently follow up on quotes and convert prospects into loyal customers.
3. Meet & Exceed Sales Targets – Hit monthly sales quotas and track your performance to consistently exceed expectations.
4. Negotiate & Handle Objections – Overcome price concerns and position AMS Parts as the competitive choice for customers.
5. Leverage CRM & Tech Tools – Utilize our NetSuite CRM system to track your sales pipeline and manage customer interactions.
6. Work with Urgency & Efficiency – Prioritize and manage your leads and sales opportunities in a high-speed environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Starting at $40,000 Uncapped Commission
