About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Estimator for Commercial Projects to join our team at AMS Industries, Inc. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for creating detailed estimates for commercial mechanical projects. This will involve analyzing drawings and specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and assembling estimates in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical construction estimating, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates on time.
Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to work effectively with sub-contractors, clients, and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with sub-contractors and clients, and for preparing, coordinating, and evaluating subcontractor bid packages.
