Your new responsibilities

• :Responsible for coordination with value stream teams to quantify, identify, and eliminate sources for quality defect
• sImplement process improvements to impact process efficiency and reduce non-conforming costs positivel
• yLead and create 8D investigation reports based on customer feedbac
• kSupport compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 by supporting and improving the current QMS. Audit processes and provide feedback and follow-u
• pParticipate in Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other Quality events to support continuous improvement activitie

• s:Project Management and Organization Skil
• lsSolid understanding of engineering principles and applicatio
• nsAbility to complete multiple tasks effectively, including work prioritization and program management to specifications, schedules and budgets in a result-oriented environme
• ntMust have excellent communication skills to explain product design and related testing to all levels and technical abiliti
• esPreferred Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a relevant fie
• ldCompetency in applied statistical methods (Six Sigma), Data Analytics, and Lean techniques preferr
• edProficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with presentation skil
