Our client is looking for an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal to join their Dallas office. The Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with the day to day management of cases.
Candidates must have the following experience
- Over 7 years of specialized experience in defense litigation, with a focus on personal injury, product and premises liability, and trucking / catastrophic injury cases. Demonstrated expertise in managing and tracking billable time entries.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat .
- Strong analytical thinker with a proactive mindset and a proven ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills , excelling in high-pressure environments and collaborative team settings.
