JOB DESCRIPTION :
The ideal candidate will provide engineering support through reliability processes and function within the highly automated business unit of the Hot Dip Galvanizing Lines to meet the business goals of the company.The ideal candidate will provide engineering support through reliability processes and function within the highly automated business unit of the Hot Dip Galvanizing Lines to meet the business goals of our client.
Bonus Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline required; Electrical focus preferred
- Proficient in RCM Practices (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
- Able to perform data analysis on equipment performance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
- 2 years minimum engineering experience
- CMRP Certification
- PdM Certification or Qualification (Vibration, Thermography, Oil analysis, Tribology, Motor Circuit Analysis)
- CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer)
- 5 years experience in a Manufacturing environment (or equivalent industry)
- SolidWorks / AutoCad working knowledge
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Familiarity with RCFA, Cause Mapping, Kaizen problem solving methodologies
- Proficiency in writing technical proposals and communications at multiple levels of the organization
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, work in small and large teams
- Demonstrates strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings efficiently and effectively
- Logical and critical thinking mindset when addressing problems
- Ability to adapt and lead changes when shifts in business demands occur
- Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
