Seeking candidates with Coordination experience within the recruitment industry or a Junior Campus Recruiter seeking to use their skillset to move into a new direction within Campus!
Hybrid opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia. Role will involve travelling for 1-2 weeks to our Baltimore location in June and July during busy seasons.
The Campus Program Coordinator will be responsible for aiding in the development and execution of training programs for Analysts and Associates, with a focus on Infrastructure. This individual collaborates with the subject matter experts and external vendors to execute the programs for incoming and existing Early Careers employees.
Key Accountabilities:
What you will be doing?
- Assist with the full design, planning and execution of Intern and Full-Time onboarding programs
- Support Analyst and Associate continuing education initiatives
- Manage invoice processing and assist with program budget creation and tracking
- Create and distribute participant feedback surveys, assist with focus groups, and analyze data to identify program gaps and produce key highlights
- Collect metrics and formulate reporting that will be presented to stakeholders
- Participate in select projects related to Program Management, Recruiting, Talent Development, and other business-driven training engagements
- Manage all program logistics, including:
o Relationships with conference center staff, multi-media, food/catering, and facilities
o Internal speaker and external vendor scheduling
o Space management
o Event planning
o Maintaining program calendars
o Maintaining MS Teams site
o Preparing materials for distribution
o Technology set-up
o Creation/tracking of rosters, mail groups, and attendance reports
Skills & Experience:

- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree preferred
- HR experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Detail orientated with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven
- Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and develop relationships within a complex matrix management structure<
