The Role:
Hybrid in our Alpharetta, GA client site.
We are currently looking for a talented individual to work as a Diversity and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role will support our client, a global leader in investment banking and financial services.

Talent Acquisition Diversity & Inclusion is a growing space for our client. Diversity and Inclusion is at the core of everything that the client does. The scope of this role will focus heavily on talent acquisition and recruiting efforts, but it'll also touch on everything from HR-wide initiatives, to team culture and events, to operational strategy and oversight, and much more. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be self-motivated and aware, highly autonomous and a go-getter who will go the extra mile to get things done. You'll need to possess the ability to juggle many balls and wear many hats at once as well as be able to work outside the confines of your job description.
Key Accountabilities:
- Partner with Diversity Talent Acquisition team and the Talent Acquisition Leadership on the implementation of the various diversity recruiting plans and initiatives to build on our efforts
- Budget management, processing contracts/addendums, processing invoices/ new vendors, reporting out budget on a quarterly basis (accrued versus projected) to senior leadership
- Assist with updating and formatting TA D&I jive site
- Effectively manage onboarding process and events coordination for Year Up interns
- Manage TA calendar by updating with lateral and campus events on a reoccurring basis
- Partner with ENGs to host various events for internal and external attendees to best source and recruit diverse candidates.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks
Skills & Experience:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- A strong client focus with outstanding judgment, critical thinking and communication skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task and deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization.
- Prior experience in HR coordination role is preferred
