Location: Hybrid Indianapolis - client site x 3 days per week and to flex up to 5 days when required

What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?
You’ll work onsite 3 days a week as a minimum in Indianapolis, IN, collaborating with Senior Stakeholders, Attraction Teams and other organisations such as Universities on Emerging Talent Campaigns.
With a clear focus on Early Careers Recruitment, you will partner with the North America Emerging Talent Lead to complete special projects and program administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing special projects relating to Emerging Talent Recruitment at the guidance of NA ET Lead and AMS Manager
- Assisting with creation of summer intern program and programmatic activities
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders including security, orientation team, etc to create and facilitate Emerging Talent induction
- Partnering with the business, and HR to review and define resourcing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet short, medium- and long-term client requirements
- Partnering with NA ET Lead to facilitate global programmatic alignment including championing programmatic change within the business
- Working with the NA ET Lead to assist in facilitating and attending events to promote the clients emerging talent
- Acting as a liaison between multiple areas within the business to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment activities with candidates into Day 1 – including bringing in a new onboarding tool to help with this
- Building stakeholder relationships and making them aware of initiatives/products available within AMS
- Assisting with organization and facilitation of Assessment Centers including wash ups where needed
- Full accountability for the management of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a consistent service through close collaboration with the Sourcing and Administration teams (potential 25% of role)
What do I need to succeed in this role?
Must haves:
- Project / Project Management experience
- Data driven mindset
- Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new process
- Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies/ programmes and processes to improve outcomes
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment
- Track record of delivering the end-to-end Early Careers recruitment campaigns and targeted solutions
Nice to Haves:
- Presentation skills – verbal and in-person
- Experience of developing an account from the ground up
- Experience in data collation and extraction for stakeholder information
Who will I be working with?
Within Early Careers, you’ll partner with Talent Attraction Teams and Senior Stakeholders within the client to deliver these projects, working and building relationships with stakeholders in third party organisations such as governing bodies and universities to ensure your pool of candidates remains healthy.
