We are currently hiring a Senior Research & Development Chemist to join our Chemistry Team. As a lead technical contributor, you will be responsible for applying knowledge and technical skills towards the development of new formulations to meet current and future business needs. You will drive development projects, define project approach, and utilize fundamental or applied research as necessary to improve technical understanding and enable concept maturation to product commercialization.
This role requires a strong understanding of chemistry, materials science, and associated testing, as well as excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. Experience with computers and Microsoft Office programs is also essential. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related science, along with 5-10 years of experience in chemistry, formulation, and/or product development, is required.
