Job Description
As a Header Operator at Amsted Automotive Group, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines that perform multi-operations. This includes performing first-piece inspections, adjusting controls, reading and understanding tool layouts, and developing set-ups for new parts. You will also collaborate with other workers on machine setups and operational specifications, observe operations to detect machine malfunctions, and record quality information using measuring instruments. Additionally, you will train on the first shift before moving to the 2nd shift.
