Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled CNC operator to join our team in Shelby Twp, MI.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various CNC machining centers and supporting the elimination of waste within our manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machining centers safely and efficiently.
- Set up and install fixtures according to program specifications.
- Repair and troubleshoot machinery in their cell area.
- Conduct quality checks on production and report any defects to supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality control.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of CNC machines and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with workplace machinery and computer systems.
- Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 compliance criteria.
