Description
- Successfully complete certifications in Job Instruction and Job Methods.
- Assist with writing and testing of Job Instruction Breakdown sheets (JIBs). Extract knowledge from tenured operators to capture knowledge when writing Job Instruction Breakdown sheets.
- Train operators on the floor using JI methodology and Job Instruction Breakdown sheets. Coordinate JI Trainers to assist as needed. Log training.
- Become a subject matter expert in designated area, able to fully train and perform job.
- Communicate with Master Trainer on all aspects of TWI and take direction from Master Trainer to accomplish TWI goals set forth.
- Train all current operators and new hires. Flexibility required to meet training goals. Coordinate schedule and training with Master Trainer and Management.
- Responsible to simulate offline areas for training.
- Assist with operator audits-confirming Job Instructions Sheets are being followed.
- Act as a lead on JM projects and other TWI initiatives as assigned.
- When not actively performing Trainer Duties, function as a fill in for vacations, call offs, breaks, other.
- Position may include updating and training on additional support documents.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Minimum of one year experience on Amsted Manufacturing floor.
