Admission Receptionist

You must possess a High School diploma/GED certificate, training or courses in business office activities, good typing, communication, and computer skills, and strong ethical and moral character references. Medical office experience a must.

Duties and Responsibilities include: Greeting all patients, families, physicians and visitors and direct them as necessary. Verify information, prepare paperwork, and makes necessary computer entries to register and check in patients for their surgical visit.   Collect payments due at admission, review patient charts, receive and direct incoming phone calls, other duties as designated.
