What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) position at AMSURG, LLC?
We are currently searching for (PT, or PRN) LPN/LVN Staff Nurse to work Tuesday-Thursday who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. Under the direction of the designated Registered Nurse, the Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse (LPN / LVN) is responsible for professional, direct patient care in the LPN/LVN role. The LPN/LVN will utilize the nursing process within their scope of practice to assist the Registered Nurse to develop, plan and execute patient’s plan of care.
Must have IV certification. Looking for PRN with availability every Tuesday and Thursday.
You must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, have active, unrestricted LPN/LVN state license, have one year of nursing experience, be CPR and/or ACLS-PALS certified, and possess strong ethical and moral character references and basic computer skills.
