Affiliated Endoscopy Services of Clifton in Clifton, NJ, is currently searching for a Per-Diem Office Generalist to work Monday – Friday and perform a variety of tasks related to Scheduling, Insurance Verifications, and Billing for an endoscopy center. Major responsibilities include assisting with all billing office needs such as daily scheduling of patients, patient check-in, insurance verification and patient notification of financial responsibility, charge and payment entry, claims and/or statements submissions, AR follow-up and daily bank deposits/monthly balancing. This is a cross-trained position in all areas of the business office. This is a very busy Facility and exceptional attendance/punctuality is required- others need not apply.
You must possess a HS school diploma/GED, have had training/courses in business office activities or have previous experience, scheduling and verification of benefits experience is strongly preferred and must be able to provide strong ethical and moral character references.
